Paulo began his career in sales, starting with the sale of ethanol and working in agribusiness, where he produced oranges, bananas and sugar on his farms. Passionate about horses, he invested in breeding horses with responsible practices. With the emergence of a new opportunity, he embarked on the fish business, forming PGSea.
Fabiola B. de Oliveira Belmonte
Vice-President
Graduated in Administration, with postgraduate degrees in International Business, HR, master's degree and doctorate from FGV. He served as CEO of several food companies, worked at BUNG Alimentos and HERING Brasil. He gained experience in importing and exporting fish in São Paulo. Specialist in strategic development, innovation and operations management.
